Delivered to someone but not to me!! ZERO help and ZERO aco****ability

I ordered ad paid for 2 items on 31 May 2020. 3 weeks later I received notification that the order was delivered.....I have absolutely no idea to whom though because it certainly was not to me. Unable to speak to anyone on the phone, I have had to try resolve through email but every single time the response has been "the courier company confirmed deliver". Yes they delivered but not to me. I have had no less than 15 email exchanges, spoken to the courier company and the company they sub contracted to and still no sign of the order! Takealot's response is simply "it was delivered". Absolutely SHOCKING customer service and having been a regular customer of theirs in the past I absolutely will not EVER shop with them again. ZERO will to resolve the issue - their stance is,"well, the courier company say they delivered so it's not our problem". Takealot you are an absolute disgrace. Even attempts to get a refund have been met with the response that "the order was delivered".
