Delivered Short Items

I placed an order on the 31 July and I received my order of the 6th August, it was incomplete with my paper towels, which I thought they would be delivered at rt later stage, I went and wrote a review a few weeks ago and not one has contacted me or delivered my paper towels, I need them delivered asap, BAD service!!!
