Delivered Parcel to a Stranger

The driver delivered my parcel to a stranger and published on the app that it was delivered and signed by me. 4 days later I am still escalating this situation and trying to find out if my parcel is going to be re delivered or refunded. No effort whatsover from customer service trying to assist me in resolving this as I had to make many calls to try and get an answer as to what is the way forward. Further to this is that there isn’t a call centre you can actually call for assistance, everything has to be done on email with *********** staff asking you the same question over and over. Extremely disappointed that I have paid a large amount of money for a parcel that is basically ****** and takealot couldn’t care less.
