Delivered package to wrong address

Takealot package was delivered to the wrong address. Takealot couldn't find the package. The resident who accepted delivery luckily contacted me and I collected the package. The package had been opened. Takealot simply provided an apology. Unacceptable service. Will never use Takealot again
