Delivered Not received package

I placed an order on TakeAlot which was scanned as delivered at 9:21AM and shows I signed for it which is incompletely incorrect as I NEVER received any package nor was here any delivery team at my door (I work from home). I contacted TakeAlot more than 7 times in the span of 2 hours and no resolution was provided or my calls get disconnected before I can even state my issue. They promised to call me back numerous times which never happened either, I requested to speak to a supervisor on multiple occasions but the agent just disconnects the call disregarding my request to speak to a superior. This was a gift for my daughter which now I'm out of R1900 and the items that was purchased. TakeAlot SUCK, their customer service SUCK I need a Resolution
