Delivered my parcel to someone else
I ordered my parcel via Takelot for delivery on Tuesday the 28th of October. They delivered my parcel but to the wrong person - a person called Shanal, who signed for my parcel. Who the hell is Shanal? Why did you allow someone else who doesn't know who I am to sign for my parcel? I paid over R600 for that item and I want my money back. Immediately.

We've instructed our complaints team to address this with the relevant courier branch as a matter of priority as this is unacceptable. Under no circumstances should your parcel be delivered to anyone other than you unless you've given your express permission or have made special arrangements with us.
