Delivered my order to wrong person!

They dropped off my order at the wrong address. The delivery lady had called me stating that she was 5 minutes away. I described the property to her, she kept on saying that she couldn’t hear me due to my background being loud which it was not, I work in an office which is fairly quiet. I waited 4 hours and she still had not delivered my order. I went onto my takealot profile to check my delivery status and it said the order was delivered. I tried call the delivery lady multiple times and she just wasn’t interested and kept acting as though she couldn’t hear me. I tried leaving email to customer service and no feedback! My order is still sitting with some random person and takealot’s customer service is a **** show! Extremely upset and annoyed.
