Delivered items mostly not what was ordered

Ordered a handbag. Totally different bag arrived. Returned it and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Ordered a total different bag, different brand, different sipplier for around R550. Again got a total different bag as ordered which sells for around R360. Had to return it again. Dunno what's happening at TakeALot but something is just way wrong these days. Disappointing for sure and quite a waste of time to have to go thru the process to order, go collect, log return and drop the items back at the drop off point.
