Delivered incorrect item, refunded cost of item, but refuse to refund the shipping fee

Takealot have always been great, but recently they refused to refund me the shipping fee saying that the product was delivered... yes, the wrong product. It was then collected, the other reason for them no refunding me the shipping cost.
