delivered damaged product

I have bought a Android 7 inch tablet kids at Takealot then two weeks later it was no longer switching on. I completed a return form and send it back to them at the pick bay in midrand where I collected it. a week later I receive a parcel back from Takealot at my house delivered by a certain man. when I opened it was the same tablet I retuned written in hand saying declined. no explanation why it was declined. and when I switch it off again it was not switching on. very disappointed. at the same time I am surprise why it was delivered at my house because I didn't not pay delivery even from the beginning, I collected at midrand pick up point. and no email confirming delivery and product returned. when I check at my profile at take a lot it is still showing that is being inspected hence it is returned to me.
