DELIVERED A SIMBA CHIPS INSTEAD OF A PHONE!!!!!!!!!

I am a massive Takealot supporter and I was always happy with their service. However, I had a terrible experience with them and can't get hold of anyone. I ordered a Huawei Nova Y61 64GB LTE Dual Sim phone on the 24th of Feb for one of our farm workers - we urgently need a phone to be able to contact him. On the 28th of Feb they delivered A SMALL SIMBA CHIPS instead of the phone....... I opened it in front of the driver (because the packet felt too lightweight). He took photos and sent it through. I scheduled a return and they collected it on the 2nd of March promising in an email that they will give feedback within 24 hours.. Today it is the 6th and I haven't heard anything from them and also haven't received a phone or a refund. I want to order a new phone but need the credit of R3000??? Wish there was a number I could phone....
