Deliver or tell me before checkout that you dont delivery for my address.

I ordered takkies and Takealot delivery was happy to deliver at my mentioned address , now I order a table, tv stand and a microwave, they hand my order to a 3rd party courier (Courier It) and I receive a text that my order is on its way Thursday 14 September and I made sure I was home the whole day, the order never arrived. Friday morning I contact them and I am told to give my work address their 3rd party courier can't deliver at my location. But just yesterday Takealot delivery was at my house. If Courier It can not deliver at my area why accept the package that is addressed to an area they don't deliver at. Its either they deliver at my home address or cancel and refund the order.
