Deliver not made at given date

<p>We ordered our kids's gift.It was supposed to be delivered on the 29th...28 they let know one thing has still not arrived...Surely by then it was supposed to be with the couriers already.Then afer another week,no sorry no stock,what the hel. My child is going to bording school and still have no gift. Why even give a date if you cannot keep up with it. We have made several complaints and just did not get any answers. PATHETIC WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AND TELL ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS THAT USE THEM TO STOP!!!!!</p>
