Deliver incorrect goods

Not sure whats up with Takealot. We order goods over R5000. My husband was full of smiles opening the box only to find to find paper in this big box. Dont understand the logic. I hope this does not turn out to be a refund again.....looks like we plaing for time, you borrow my money for few weeks and I have nothing to show for it at the end and need to wait for my refund.
