DELIVARY LATE THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR.!

I'm extremely disappointed I've ordered and payed extra for an item to be delivered on that day I sat from 8 to 5:30 in a bedroom that I can see and hear if the delivery has arrived.My 9 year old is just as disappointed.This is not the first time.They also got my delivery wrong and didn't get my batteries I payed R300 for instead I got cookies I wasn't home to collect it an Tenant did and gave it to my kids that ended up eatingvthe cookies.I tried sorting it out with no help just like that R300 for a R50 pack of cookies.I won't be buying from takealot again..
