Deliberate slow delivery to push revenue

Today was officially my last purchase from the Takealot group. Bunch of *****s. Forcing you to pay more for a speedy delivery. For an extra R200 or R300 you’ll get your item tomorrow, otherwise you’ll have to wait 3 weeks for your item. There was a time where Takealot was the benchmark for speedy deliveries in South Africa. Now, they’re just like any other company who just doesn’t care anymore. And ****** expensive!!! That’s why, for the past 3 years I have supported outlets like Shein and Temu. Same quality and wayyy cheaper. Cheers Takealot. You won’t see me ever again
