Deliberate Delays in Making Refunds

Very bad experience with this wannabe e-commerce business. They have a habit of canceling orders or part of your order then they keep your money for 3-5 workings days. They **** even tell you they canceled part of your order and wait till you raise a complaint.

No other e-commerce business does that from Amazon to Zein. This is a cheap cashflow raising gimmick that undermines customers.
