Delays refund

Take alot can be useful until it time to get your refund because they dont have the product that you want, once you say you want to refund your credit they stop responding to your emails an force you to end up buying something you dont need. I had defected headset and they told me that they cant replace it coz they dont have the product anymore but they will credit my account and i told them to refund me so that i can buy it somewhere else and gave them my bank details and that was the end of communication
