Delays on Broken Items

At first the order arrived right on time with no delays. The first watch order was broken as it did not charge and did not go one, i quickly logged a return.The guys sent 4 sms's with different times of the item being collected, i quickly realzied that the items would be pick up on the 1st of September, only to realise that these guys are lying as they stated that nobody was available to give the item back. after that, At home i realised that the second watch was freezing and switching off by itself. Now i can log a return because the first one is still in progress after it showed it was successfully returned. I want to return all the items and i want the funds paid back to my bank account. I do not want these items as the next one will most likely be broken.Please resolve this as i have asked via email with no response
