Delaying collection for a defective or damaged Acer Aspire 1 - A115-32 11.6" laptop

20 January 2022 i bought a Acer Aspire 1 - A115-32- 15.6" and the laptop has a defult on the bottom of the screen and takealot is delaying to come and collect it, they keep changing the date for collection and i use this item for my school work.
