Delayed/lost parcel

I ordered items on the 06 September. Delivery was to take place on the 15th September., 9 days later. I didn't mind the wait. On delivery day I received a simple sms stating my parcel is delayed. On the app it shows lost in transit. I have not received further updates. These items are urgent and is needed to complete a dress for THIS WEEKEND 24 th SEPTEMBER. WHEN AM I GETTING MY ITEMS I PAID FOR IN THE 6TH September!!!!! There is no indication on the app when delivery will take place.
