Delayed, So disappointed

I've always loved Takealot and have never had a bad experience, my orders have always arrived on time, or earlier!, so on the 13th I placed an order for my daughters birthday on the 23rd. Unfortunately I get an email stating that the order will be delayed til next week.

I do understand that sometimes things don't work out.. But I am so upset as this was a present for my 4 year olds birthday which she now has to wait for.
