Delayed shipment / delivery

I am highly disappointed in the extreme delay with my order ***. Order placed on 01 March 2025.

It hasn't even been shipped yet, but it's supposed to be delivered today!?

Yes, I have logged 2 queries via your Help Center already, and they also just said it is set for delivery today and apologised for the service...

Please, please follow up with the supplier and confirm the delivery date as I have booked a maintenance team to install the blinds tomorrow morning 🙈
