Delayed refund

I have never come across such ridiculous customer service!! I canceled an order on 28.06.2022 and was told I'd receive my refund in 3-5 business days. 8 business days later, my bank tells me they do not see a refund and when I contacted Takealot.com regarding this, I got taken from pillar to post, only to now be told that a refund has been processed again and that I'd receive my refund in yet another 3-4 business days, which would now take it to 11-12 business days. This is unacceptable! This service is of utter *******!!!!
