Delayed refund

Lodged a refund request on 28/09/2025 which the t’s and c’s said it takes 3-5 business days for the money to reflect on my account,still no money it’s more than 10 days now and I don’t know how many agents I’ve spoken to via emails to no success even after 2 emails to the CEO I am very disappointed in Takealot as I’ve been a loyal customer for years.
