Delayed parcel due to takealot delivering to wrong address

Unacceptable!!! I placed an order on the 4th of January. My eldest sons school bags and my little ones birthday gift for 16th January. I done this to ensure I receive the goods in time school and my little ones 5th birthday. Only to receive an email stating my parcel was delivered to the wrong collection point and will be delayed, indefinitely. His birthday is this coming Tuesday, school starts the 18th and all the can say is sorry! What do I do now!? Spend more money as I surely can't disappoint my child by not having a gift or send my eldest to school without a bag! I do not accept this! I need a solution ASAP
