Delayed orders

What happened to Takealot? Their service has degraded alot since Amazon arrived in SA. I've had the worst service and delivery issues with all of my last 3 deliveries. With a parcel that has taken 2 months fir delivery...then only to receive the wrong product! And to top it up, after I returned the wrong product, I get a message Informing me that the order is cancelled due to no stock! Really? The rest of my order was held back and delayed because of this product, and only for the delayed product to be out of stock. I think they are on their way out after Amazon's arrival. Their service delivery has never been this bad. And the only response I EVER get is "sorry for the inconvenience".
