Delayed order

They have been nothing but amazing to me until recently, I ordered on the 20th of March 2026 and the order was supposed to get delivered on the 2nd of April 2026 and now it says it will be delivered on the 17th of April 2026 and that's almost a month. Sad part is that there is no option to cancel the product that is delaying.
