DELAYED ORDER AND NON ASSISTANCE!

Currently having the worst experience with an ongoing order! Ordered an item on the 08th day of November 2022 and the estimated date of delivery was supposed to be the 18th day of November 2022 and my item has still not even been shipped today, the 24th day of November 2022. This is frustrating because I am not getting assistance even after I have complained. The worst experience!!
