Delayed order

I am so disappointed … I have been waiting for my order since last week and they are telling me they can’t locate my area … like how ? Have been buying online since forever and they call incase they are lost and they endup outside my gate. But these ones just called to ask if I cannot come and collect and I told them Secunda is far from where am staying hence I opted for the door to door delivery . I mean they are lazy 😡they didn’t even atleast give me a cellphone number maybe so I can send my location since they claim they can’t find it .
