Delayed order

I pre-ordered Shadow of war from takealot early September and on the preorder sight it specifically said that it would be delivered to me on 10 October (the release date of the game) now I have been informed that it will only arrive next week 17 October, I might as well have gone to the store and bought it but now I can’t I must wait a whole week longer to get my purchase this is not the first time they have done this, I have heard great reviews from them but I am very disappointed in their service, I don’t know how people support these companies that don’t stick to their word.
