Delayed delivery without communication.

Take alot they are none reliable, they said that they deliver within 7working days I have ordered pots on 25th of August, till this day my order has not be en delivered theres no communication no communication regarding my order.. I ordered these pots desperately so and they are delaying to deliver.. order no ***, they must just refund me I will go buy else where.
