Delayed Delivery-Poor customer service

I have never received such a bad service like that of Takealot this previous few days. My order was supposed to be delivered Friday on the 28th of October but Takealot decided to postpone it yet I was called to confirm my address that they used last time to deliver an order. maybe priorities are given to those with great carts I don't but what I am sure of is the fact that Takealot and great customer service are not a pair.
