DELAYED DELIVERY-PATHETIC SERVICE

I ordered an item on Friday 30.08.2021 which was meant to be a baby shower gift and requested for their "GUARANTEED" same day delivery, which I had to pay R120 for. Needless to say... The parcel was not delivered. When I tried to track, there was an update that "Recipient was not available" which is a BIG LIE.

Three days later when the parcel finally came, I'm still expected to pay R120 for a service that was not rendered.
