DELAYED DELIVERY OF OVER A MONTH!

I just received a delayed delivery notification, informing me my delivery, which was supposed to be done on 23 December (paid for on 11 December) will now be delayed until 20 JANUARY! Are you having a laugh? Half of those stuff was meant for Christmas, and will be absolutely useless to me then! To add insult to injury, there's no direct way to get in touch with Takealot except go through their help centre. I need to speak to one of you humans working there immediately, so we can sort out this mess. I want to cancel items that were meant for Christmas, ensure I get my refund, and then deal with the rest! Customer service, HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE, would be great!
