Delayed delivery ,no reason

I ordered items on 30 Nov 2024 for delivery before 10 December, its now 13 Dec still no delivery ,just empty promises from emails and call centre (if you can get through). Totally unacceptable, if their courier service is the problem they better fix it quickly or Amazon will be taking over their business.
