Delayed delivery from Takealot once again

I have been a client of Takealot since Kalahari days. I ordered goods on the 16th of September 2025, and the deliver was scheduled for the 21st of September 2025. I have been tracking the parcel it was only despatched today and this morning I got a msg that delivery will happen before 5. I went onto the site again and now delivery is tomorow 24th. Which is 3 days late from the original date. There is no way to talk to Takealot or complain about this. Also no reason for the delay. This is now the 2nd time this has happened in the last 2 months
