Delayed delivery

These days the company is not to be trusted....... Firstly they predict the date they will be able to deliver(which is way too late anyways) then they still don't deliver,the first time it happened I gave them the benefit of the doubt but all they do now is disappoint. I write an email expecting to find out the whereabouts of my things but now they don't even respond and there are no contact detail for that matter... Then you track the products they get checked out in the mornings but never arrives,now ever since they said they are on the way 'til now (which turns me into a **** because I promise people according to what they say, don't even know what to say anymore because they've lost their trust in me) A day or 2 after predictions date is understandable but now it's just unprofessional and appalling because it happens all the time, regardless of the number of deliveries they have to make it doesn't make my order any less important.....
