Delayed delivery

I ordered earphones and the delivery was supposed to be on the 4 of December. I have been waiting for this order to this day. I requested a refund but they keep moving the delivery date. I called three times already it seemed promising but they did not give me a refund. I have also wrote multiple emails to them but nothing has been done. I just want my refund I am tired waiting for an order that's never going to arrive. After that I will never use Takealot ever again
