Delayed delivery

I made an order on the 06/09/25,for the last week order has been out for delivery but nothing , got a call from the courier company that my order was handover to, excuse for the delay was my phone goes on voicemail driver cannot get a a hold of me 😏🙄,guys if you cannot deliver my order kindly cancel it so I can make a purchase somewhere else, people who can deliver. Mind you this is not the first time I have ordered through Takealot and never had such an issue with them,so I have no idea what is going on.?
