Delayed Delivery and Poor feedback

I have placed an order for a Hisense TV Unit, payment made everything, Saturday morning they said it would be delivered. What a shock, the send a TV unit from the warehouse where the box was already damaged in 2 places as well as 2 plastic clips missing. After we and the delivery driver unboxed the unit, we saw on the middle top of the screen is a big circle that was indented into the tv screen. This was send from the warehouse like this. We said we will not accept this, he returned the unit and said that we should get another one by Monday. Never happened, after calling the call center they told me my they will follow up on when it will be delivered and to tell them it is urgent. Even today nothing yet has happened and the new unit still shows as "Not yet shipped". I am a big fan of ordering stuff from takealot but other this it makes you think of using them again. Bad service
