Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service: A Frustrating Experience

On June 15th, I placed an order for four Redmi 13c devices but received a pair of slippers and a bag instead. Upon returning these items, it took nearly a week for a decision to partially credit my order with two phones. However, it has been almost a month and I have yet to receive the devices. Despite sending numerous emails to Nwabisa N, Fayzel S, Sibongiseni M, and Raees S, I have not received a response. My order number is ***, it is pending delivery with no further updates.
