Delayed Delivery all all items

I order about 5 items. It was important that these were to be delivered within the amount of time that Takealot said they would be. Then I received a message saying that one of the items was going to be delayed by an entire week. But for some reason they delayed all the items by that amount of time. I would have bought these from another supplier had I known how long this would take.
