Delayed Delivery

Absolutely ridiculous service. Received a sms DELAYED DELIVERY due to driver not being able to allocate my location. Yet he did not call me once to find out my location. I have been getting takealot products and never had this problem. Called the call centre just to find out the driver did not even attempt to go to my address. Friday afternoon why would he if he can stop at the liquor shop instead of making his runs. Still awaiting a phone call to tell me if I am going to receive my package or not. Highly highly disappointed. 😡
