Delayed delivery

I have been waiting for my parcel from the 23rd of April 2020 no communication from takealot regarding the delays, I have reached out to takealot via email on an update and I got a shock of my life that my order has been cancelled, I have never requested for this cancelation or a refund can you please deliver my package please.
