Delayed delivery

I made an order on tge 19th of December, which was scheduled for delivery on 21 December.On the 21st at 15:31 I received an sms stating that my order would be delayed because the driver couldn't locate my address and someone would call to get the address.I waited until I decided to call and follow up on my order, I spoke to Reika around 15:15 today and explained my situation abd also gave her tge correct address and explained that I am going on holiday tomorrow morning at 8 which is the 24th and She said She is sending communication to the driver.The driver called around 4 and asked for my address and then said He works around Randburg and He wants to speak to his office abd will revert back.The driver did not call back, I called around 18:45 and the driver bames Maisela daid He will call back.I am still waiting so this means that I am going to be forced to leave later than scheduled because of *********** staff members from takealot.contact me via my email address ***
