Delayed delivery

I usually buy from Takealot and my orders take 3 - 5 working days to arrive, I was surprised to realize that it'll now take 2 whole weeks for my next order to be delivered to me. No where on their app is it stated that delivery now takes 2 weeks. This is my first bad experience I'm having with Takealot and I'm very disappointed.
