Delayed delivery

I have been expecting a delivery today, I kept getting messages that the delivery will be made before 17h00 today. I had to stay in and wait and not do anything else I was suppose to do today but guess what? The delivery is still not here and the contact centre is closed. So disappointing

And there is still no response from takealot, when I called this morning I am told that the parcel is still at the depot this is the worst service ever.
