Delayed delivery

Nobody called to tell me more or less the time of day they would deliver - I wasn’t home for 30 min during which time takealot delivered my order - now they are coming the next day which means I have to put 2 leave days aside just to wait for a delivery which could have been resolved if they took the time to phone me - never using takealot again!!
