Delayed delivery

<p>Takealot.com promts and promotes themselves as speedy online shopping services providers.</p> <p>On Tuesday, 04 April 2017 I placed an order with Takealot.com.</p> <p>Up unto date, I have not received my order (Order Number: ********** 7) and it reflects online as delivery dated for: Wednesday, 19 April 2017.</p> <p>This was bought for a birthday gift for a dear friend. Now I am left with an order, that is late for delivery and way past the delivery date.</p> <p>What happened to customer service and service exclellence?</p> <p>I contacted taakealot.com on Monday, 10 Apri 2017 and nobody can answer the reason for the delay in this order.</p> <p>I am furious that I have to way this long, without any information.</p> <p> </p> <p>What happended to communication???!</p> <p> </p>
